Every woman ought to have at least one pair of boots. The question is, what style of boots do you want? Well, first we are going to divide boots into two categories: ankle boots and knee-high boots. Yes, there are indeed thigh-high boots, and they can be very fun, but they are not quite as versatile as your basic knee-high or ankle-high boots.
Ankle Boots
Ankle boots tend to weave their way in and out of fashion trends, year after year. So, while ankle boots are hot right now, you might remember that they were also hot in the 1980’s, and they may not be so hot again for another few decades. Nonetheless, ankle boots are still great boots, and they look great with many different outfits.
Of course, since I brought up the 1980’s, I must also point out that the way a pair of ankle boots ought to be worn has changed since then. In the 1980s, it was all the rage to pair up a pair of ankle boots with a short skirt or with brightly colored socks. Today, neither of these are good looks. Keep your socks hidden well beneath the top of your ankle boots, and save your short skirts for other taller boots or shorter shoes.
Let me repeat: do not wear your ankle boots with short skirts! You can, however, pair them up with a nice and long skirt. Ankle boots also look great with boot-cut jeans or skinny-leg dress pants. Basically, when you wear your ankle boots, you want to wear them with pants that are going to make your legs look their best, and these will be pants that are fitted around the calf and ankle.
As far as what style of ankle boots you should get - suede, stiletto, purple, fringed, buckled, etc. - that is completely up to you. Have fun with your ankle boots. Go crazy!
Knee-High Boots
So, you just learned not to wear your ankle boots with a short skirt, right? Well, let me tell you that you can wear your knee-high boots with a short skirt - just do not try to wear them with a short and tight mini-skirt, unless you are trying to look like a street-roamer.
Rather, choose an A-line mini skirt that does not hit higher than mid-thigh. This is still a sexy look, but it is much more sophisticated than the aforementioned look. You could also choose a fitted skirt with an above-the-knee hemline. You want to be sure that there is a gap between the top of the boots and the hem of your skirt.
A mid-calf skirt also looks great with a pair of knee-high boots. Just avoid a fitted skirt - something with an A-line cut is going to be much more flattering.
When you buy a pair of knee-high boots, it is important to find a pair that fits your calf well (unless you are looking for cowboy boots). If you have very skinny calves, it may be difficult to find a well-fitting boot. In this case, you may decide to buy boots that stretch. These are more likely to cling to your calves.
Regardless of whether or not you buy yourself a pair of knee-high boots or ankle boots, buy yourself a pair of boots! There are so many style options that you are missing out on if you do not own at least one pair of boots. And once you do get a pair of boots, feel free to experiment. You may find that it is even OK for you to break some of the aforementioned boot “rules.” Go with whatever suits your style and your figure the best.

The strongest and longest lasting brands branch off of an
existing category. Branching takes patience and time.
There are two speeds for launching a brand, each one with
its own pros and cons.
Speed A, like a hot air balloon, takes a long time to
prepare before the actual launch. PR, media marketing,
favors A. Longevity success favors A. A tree grows
stronger with a well-established roots. And this can only
occur with good soil, careful fertilizing, watering, and
time.
Speed B, like a helicopter, takes off quickly but requires
more fuel on take off, fuel that isn’t there later on.
Advertising favors B. Speed B for the Internet means viral
marketing–spreading by word of mouth. For the Net, this is
usually e-mail marketing.
The main reason A is usually a wiser choice is because
people are suspicious of new and different. Another reason
why it takes any business years to build their success. A
typical reaction: “Wait and see if this new concept turns
out to be worth while”. Letting the brand build slowly
using PR techniques can be like watching a tree grow. You
can be lulled into falling asleep, however, don’t be. There
is a pivoting point where PR needs to turn into massive
advertising.
There are two hurdles each speed endures–credibility and
conventional. Advertising fails because it usually can’t
convey credibility. It can create conventional–people want
to buy what other people want. People buy to be normal.
People like to visit restaurants that have lots of cars out
front. Yet conventional cannot succeed without credibility.
Credibility is why the most effective brand launching starts
with PR. The only exception to this rule is selling to the
early adopter market.
Real success is a combination of short-lived and longevity
products and services. Short-lived can provide the
additional capital needed to fuel big advertising campaigns
or new research. If you look at the toy industry, you can
see every Christmas they have short-lived fad items and they
still maintain items, like the Slinky, now celebrating over
50 years.
Service businesses need to use a combination as well. Few
in these areas understand the concept and usually brush it
off as N/A, non-applicable, to them. Mainly due to the need
for multiple marketing campaigns and the work needed to plan
and implement. This holds a higher truth the smaller the
practice usually due to time limitations.
Another gear in the branding wheel is the number of
generations of buyers. Each generation have their own way
of buying charactertics. The only answer for this, is to
know how they are thinking and why they make the choices
they do.
How do you move fast enough in a slow building process and
still build credibility along the way? You can use the same
method many public relations firms use–the leak. You leak
the information before its ready for launching. The
gestation length of the leaking period depends on the
radicalness of the concept. The more revolutionary the
concept, the less advertising should play into the campaign.
Advertising is used for brand maintenance not brand
building. As I mentioned earlier, advertising lacks
credibility, the crucial element for brand building.
The best way for PR use is to announce a new category not a
new product. The media wants to talk about what’s new and
what’s hot, not what’s better. What they say about you
delivers credibility. It’s because someone else is talking
about you.
Launching a PR campaign and an Advertising campaign are two
totally different plans. This is a frequently misunderstood
concept.

Lets face it, we men are obsessed with women’s bodies and yet if I needed to tell someone the size of her breasts the best I could probably muster would be “just about right” and if she were to ask me right now what her dress size was I would probably mutter that it didn’t make her bum look big at all. This is in part due to my ever-present attempt to gain brownie points and not spend the night sleeping in the kitchen with the dog, but it is in one big part due to my ignorance. Ask her what size my waist is and she could tell you without a second’s hesitation. It really isn’t that difficult to find out this information either and the list of instructions on how to find out would consist solely of:
1 - Open cupboard door.
2 - Remove appropriate garment.
3 - Check label and make mental note of size.
Even my brain could cope with that first thing in the morning but despite telling myself I should do it I never actually remember to. This could partially be because there is something instilled in the back of my brain that tells me the second I remove her bra and start ferreting around inside it, her mother is bound to burst down the front door unannounced and catch me in the act of apparently sniffing, or worse still putting on, her beloved daughter’s bra. This really isn’t a situation I want to find myself in but if I want to please her (my partner, not her mother) then I should do it. In fact, every man should do it. Go to your wife or girlfriend’s closet and find out her bra size. Write it on a piece of paper and secrete it in your wallet if necessary.
Of course, even once I know the size of her bra that doesn’t make the actual selection any easier. As a general rule of thumb, I’m led to believe that a black latex nurse’s outfit is not considered to be either lingerie or indeed comfortable so I will try to steer clear of that as far as possible, no matter how appealing they look. I will try my utmost to ensure that whatever I buy will not only please me but will make my partner feel sexy as well. This should imply that she will be able to move comfortably and bits don’t poke out when she lifts an arm or tries to sit down, or more importantly lie down.
Visiting any shop that has lingerie in is bound to be a big deal the first time I try it but I’m a grown man and I should be able to cope. The sales assistant probably won’t think that the stuff I buy is for me unless I say something embarrassingly stupid and wear fake breasts. In fact, there’s a very good chance she’s dealt with people like me, and people like you, on a fairly regular basis. You know, the kind of person who skulks around by the knickers looking around shiftily and sweating a lot. In fact, come to think of it, it’s probably best if I don’t do that, and just head straight over to her instead. She will probably be very helpful.
I saw a sign in a lingerie shop that I passed three times the other day and it said they would gift wrap the item. I decided there and then that if I ever built up the courage to go in the shop and actually buy any lingerie, instead of keep walking past it, I would definitely take advantage of that offer. I think being confronted by me carrying a Christmas cracker wrapped present and a proud smile like your son or daughter gets the first time they pee on their own would probably detract from the overall romanticism of the gesture. Besides, I wouldn’t have to carry it home in a way that meant others might be able to see what I’d bought.

That’s why now you really need to check out and check if you can have a money loan at a honest percent rate. Be hopeful today to analyze if you have a nice offer or if you don’t with the moneylender that offers you a credit loan. A bank in Appleton Wisconsin or so may have a total totally different actual interest rate for a 20000 dollar deferred payment then a merchant bank in Birmingham Alabama and that makes a large clear difference in your yearly pay offs. 4.3 percent loan rate may appear so bonnie but will that be incessant after you’re going to pay back your money loan. Examine to see if the merchant bank who is willing to give you a bank loan is honest. It makes no difference if you live in Danbury Connecticut or in Columbus Georgia a good online examination will redeem you often lots of pain. Lots of of the merchant banks wil show you a rate of interest that is looking respectable but doesn’t feel considerably or so after a period of time. Now you can inquire rates quickly on the internet and stick out if there are other possible traps you should know about.

If I were to get into hunting, what would the best boot be fore me? Most people would probably tell me that I should think about a Danner boot for sure, but there are so many. Turns out, though, that the Frontier Extreme may be the best Danner boot for anyone who is into big game hunting.
In 2003, Danner boots introduced their Frontier Extreme. The boot was specifically designed for big game hunting in the western United States. It is a 10 inch all leather boot that is made for harsh conditions that you may encounter when hunting deer, elk, bear, or even mountain lion in the western part of the country. There are several models within the Frontier collection of Danner boots, and each offers the comfort and durability needed for big game hunting in the west.
As with any Danner boot, the Frontier boots have stitchdown construction. This trademark of Danner boots offers support and durability for the boot, helping it to hold up in harsh conditions. These boots also include a new sole. By combining a hard perimeter lug and soft inner lugs, the boots offer durability and great traction at the same time. It is the perfect sole for the harsh conditions in the wilds of the west. In addition, the tongue is padded and there is triple stitching in the upper so that those long days in the bush are easier on your feet.
This particular Danner boot offers full grain leather on the upper that is also waterproof and a full ten inches. The result is fantastic support. The weather out west can be unpredictably cold, wet, and harsh. This Danner boot takes that into account. By using a Gore-Tex liner and Thinsulate insulation in the boot, your feet will stay warm and dry in those tough Rocky Mountain or Plains conditions as you track that trophy.
Located in Portland, Oregon, the people who design Danner boots are familiar with the weather and terrain of the American west. They have a history of producing innovative, functional footwear. The Danner shoes and Danner boots are made with great attention to craftsmanship and quality. The Frontier collection of big game hunting boots is no exception. The full grain leather, extra support, water proofing, insulation, and attention to stitching detail will help big game hunters in the western United States to endure long days on tough terrain in harsh weather conditions.
Whether you are considering taking up hunting in the first place, are thinking of upgrading to big game, or are a veteran of big game hunting in the west, the boot you choose is going to make a big difference in your comfort and stamina in the field. No matter how long you look and how much you compare, you will find that the Danner boot Fronteir Brands offer everything you need. The comfort, style, durability, and overall quality of the boots are just what you need over the long haul.

Fashion is changing. But one thing is should be constant - black. Nothing is boring about the newest fashion in New York and Paris. This is a great tip, which professionals know that make models look brilliant. Black is the basis for two important looks, according to Sally Singer, Vogue’s fashion news director. “The interesting thing about black this season is that it’s either used as a pop art basic against white, a ’60s look that shows the graphic nature of black and white. (Christian) Dior did it well. … Or, you see a mixing of textures and tones of black. Black velvet, black gauze, black silk or viscose. … There’s varying amounts of light that goes through it to make the black sometimes look gray, blueish or brownish,” she says.
Another reason black is great for fashion, is its mess with fantastic jewelry. Style.com’s executive fashion director Candy Pratts Price “You could wear a black beaded necklace on a black cashmere sweater, which will look very ’40s, or you could also do it with silver — the ’60s — or with pearls — the ’50s.”
Black with a white skirt is a great fashion item. You can always spice it up with a beautiful thick, medieval looking belt.
It’s a good time to invest in special black pieces, Vogue’s Singer advises, perhaps a Pierre Cardin-inspired pea coat, which would look great against white trousers or blouse, or a pair of jeans.
One of the pieces Singer already bought for herself is a Loris Azzaro black blazer that’s lined in gold lame. “That was the kind of special piece I was looking for,” she says, especially since it hits on three trends: black, Russian-inspired details and a shrunken jacket silhouette. (She notes that less expensive versions of these “special” pieces are available at retailers such as J.Crew.)
The classic ballroom black dress is always an option. However, try spicing them up with the occasional yellow scarf, or shawl. You’ll catch the attention of people with accessories that like. Colors that go well with black are almost endless, just go with the current colors of the season. You’ll love the boundless options that you’ll be able to mix-and-match when it comes to black.
Men, always own a black pin striped English tailored suit. These are in right now. They are beautiful and gorgeous. I’m not sure of any woman who doesn’t love these. ATTENTION: Business professionals. Get this suit, and accessorize with a beautiful modern watch.
Have a look at some of the great options black has this season. Sleek stylish and sophisticated are black’s names. Enjoy it this fashion season, especially when winter blows in.

In most of my articles, as well as most pages of my web site, I keep telling people that the internet is changing and evolving constantly. One of my favorite ways of putting this is that the only thing NOT changing with internet is that the internet is changing constantly. And this is especially important for an online entrepreneur.
I am not going to get in too many details about this in particular. This article is here to warn and inform you about a relatively new trend.
What in the world am I talking about?
Have you lately clicked on a link and ended up on a website looking like a directory or a mini-search engine which definitely had nothing to do with what you expected to see? And you start clicking on links hopping that the webmaster just had a bad day when he/she designed his/her website. But it doesn’t really take you too long to realize that what you are seeing is nothing but a directory of “sponsored results”. So what is going on?
This is a result of probably the latest gimmick in making money online. Believe it or not there are people “stealing” popular domain names. And then use them as their own money making machines. Whoever came up with this idea in the first place is absolutely a millionaire by now. Lately, though, more and more people started using this “opportunity”. So, I believe it’s fair to say that the level of income per person has gone down a little bit. On the other hand more and more of those who spend a noticeable amount of time on the internet know what’s going on. But not to worry, there’s still plenty in the un-know about this, so it will be a little while before we can talk about saturation.
But let me go back to explaining the mechanism. There is one site (actually, by now probably more than one) that lists the most popular domain names - high ranking with search engines, thousands of visitors a month etc. - together with the date they expire. And all of its members have access to this list.
And this is where I wanted to get. Are you the owner of a popular domain name? Do you know when it expires? Have you renewed it yet? If the answers are Yes-No-No, then you might be the next victim. One of the members of the above mentioned site might be up for stealing your domain name. Once they do that, they set up a PPC directory/search engine and the money kind of start rolling in. The person benefits from all the traffic your site (actually it is not yours anymore) gets from search engines, affiliates, links from other sites, etc.
But how is it possible for someone else to steal your domain name? Well, apparently, there is a grace period of 40 days in which you can still renew your domain name. If you haven’t done so in this period, there still are about 35 days before it becomes available to others. How and who is the one that will eventually get his/her hands on your domain name is a different story. It’s a different battle that is not the topic of this article. One thing is for sure though: all those hoping to get your domain names place back orders on it even before it expires. And if for some reason - it is quite hard for me to imagine that someone would not claim back their domain within the grace period, but, believe me or not, it has happened with some of the most notorious websites - so if for some reason you haven’t renewed your domain name within the grace period, off it goes! You lost a whole bunch of hours and money spent on making your web site a success.
Is it right what these people do? It seems that from a strict legal point of view, there are no regulations against such practices and chances are there will never be any. I personally believe it is not a fair practice. But it is something it happens. So make sure you renew your domain name on time, before someone else steals it from you.

The first NASCAR race of 2006 ran recently at Daytona and I was surprised by the number of new product sponsors. For years NASCAR has been a “good ol boy” thing, however, marketers have finally realized that this is huge untapped and under marketed advertising segment.
We have to admit that there are loads of stereotypes about the typical NASCAR audience. Ever heard this description, “Red necked, long haired, tobacco chewing, cigarette smoking, good ol boy?” Well, that used to be true of NASCAR viewers but auto racing now is one of the few sports that are gaining in popularity among all demographic segments. Face it. Popularity equals advertising revenue and sales.
Two current market groups that NASCAR is chasing for increased viewer ship are the 50+ generation and women. Previously, little marketing was done to attract these viewers. They were outside the perceived target market. Sponsors typically were auto companies, auto parts and suppliers, beer, soda, cell phones, and generally services and companies that were in the male purview. But now there are a lot of avid NASCAR fans in the over 50 generation, myself included. Until now, sponsors haven’t really sought them out as an audience.
When I did some marketing for an IROC driver, I was surprised to learn about the strength of the fans. One thing that really came home was the brand loyalty of those who supported NASCAR. When a NASCAR driver endorsed a product, it was used by an overwhelming proportion of NASCAR aficionados; a much higher average of brand loyalty than conventional markets.
An interesting campaign that I have been following is the Crown Royal endorsement of NASCAR. The company continues to sponsor the No. 26 Crown Royal Ford Fusion driven by NASCAR NEXTEL Cup star Jamie McMurray. Crown Royal is collaterally branding their campaign with new packaging and launching the Speedway Collector’s Series, a line of limited edition packages that is customized to highlight the 21 tracks that host races during the 2006 NASCAR NEXTEL Cup season. The Crown Royal purple bag, bottle label and carton will display customized motor sports packaging, including logos for storied tracks like Daytona International Speedway and Talladega Super Speedway. Smart and unique marketing! Most product packaging efforts have been limited to cast iron models and replicas of the cars or typical car stuff.
So why am interested? It’s all in the packaging, of course. In addition to advertising and endorsing a driver, companies are integrating all facets of a marketing campaign and utilizing packaging as a branding tool. If I were a smart marketer, I would look for underserved segments of the viewers just like Crown Royal has done. Even though there have been several women drivers that have tried unsuccessfully to penetrate NASCAR as professional drivers, the women’s market makes up 50% of the US population. In my opinion it really hasn’t been sought out. I’d brand a campaign that really hits home with women no matter what their age. Look at the Dove Campaign For Real Beauty as an example. Its being endorsed and supported long after then initial advertising campaign introduction.
So we’ve come full circle. What does NASCAR have to do with packaging? It’s a hot, growing, untapped market for those who want consumers that demonstrate their brand loyalty. Does this ring any bells or blow any horns for you?

Domain Name speculation has become big business. According to recent study, the average domain name bought and sold by domain name speculators realized a 377% profit. In addition, the average domain name was sold in 12.5 months.
Domain name speculation involves finding domain names that appear valuable, and waiting with the domain in hopes that someone will want to purchase it in the future. With a great domain name like business.com, this can yield huge returns. Business.com was sold for over $7 million!
When domain name speculators buy a domain name, they generally put up a page indicating that the domain is for sale. This becomes a sort of free advertising, whereby someone interested in that domain name will naturally check out the site to see if it is a competitor, or if the domain can be purchased.
But selling the domain is not the only way domain name speculators make money. In addition to advertising that the page is for sale, most domain speculators park their domains with a domain parking service. These services store a simple website for free, and place content sensitive advertising on the parking pages. They share advertising revenue with the owner of the domain. In this way, domain name speculators get free website hosting for their domains, along with occasional advertising revenue.
There are important considerations that must be taken into account before embarking on a domain name speculation career. While it is always advisable to purchase any really high quality domain name available, actually making a stable income from domain name speculation can require significant resources. It will cost a considerable amount to purchase the domain names necessary to make a stable income, and it is certainly no get-rich-quick opportunity.
As a domain name speculator, you should carefully analyze the domain name registrars and communicate with them about bulk purchasing opportunities. A domain name speculator will be buying many - perhaps even hundreds - of domain names daily, and should therefore find the best discounts on domain names. Many registrars will allow for domain names to be purchased in bulk at substantial discounts. Taking advantage of these opportunities will likely be the difference between success and failure at this type of enterprise.
Deciding which domain names to purchase can be challenging. It is very difficult to find high quality .com names. But don’t rule out country-specific extensions. As countries get their own extensions, a new world of high quality available domain names is opened up to speculators. New top level domains are being created all the time, and most recently a .jobs domain name was created. A name like computer.jobs could prove very valuable in the long term.
While a lot has been mentioned of purchasing names like Mcdonalads.com, this practice is not particularly productive. Trademark laws allow corporations with trademarked names to take domain names that violate their trademarks. So rather than getting a big paycheck for registering a company’s trademarked name, you’re likely to be served with a lawsuit demanding you forfeit the name to them.
Domain name speculation should be viewed for what it is: an investment opportunity. Like all investments, the returns will be predicated on the wisdom and decision making skills of the investor.

Corset dresses add curves to a thin figure and structure to fuller figures. It basically flatters any body shape or weight. The dress is usually made with steel boning that creates the hourglass fit. Diva corsets are constructed using steel boning to achieve a perfect hourglass fit that will not become misshapen through wear. Fabrics are sourced from quality European suppliers to ensure all production is of the highest standard. There are a many styles you can choose from in a variety of materials and colors.
